Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time—but we’re always exploring future options!

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of £3.95 on all UK orders—no minimum spend required. Simple, affordable, and transparent.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@trendbag.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal for all orders. It’s fast, secure, and doesn’t require an account to use. More payment options are coming soon!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trendbag.uk with your order number.

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we’ve got you covered.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@trendbag.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the quick steps to send your item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—no hassle.
